So I had just built my system with a 5900x asus dual 3070 oc asus prime x570 -p and 32 gb of ram. I installed windows on an nvme m.2 samsung ssd and everything was working fine. I was able to boot and what not. However, I had some problems with my motherboard so I decided to RMA it. I got a new one (same one) and built my pc again. When turning it on. It is stuck on the asus logo, cant enter bios and cant go to windows. I read a lot about whats going on and apparently it has to do with my windows being installed on a different motherboard. So when I take out my ssd it goes into bios, and if I keep it in, I can't  go into either. So then I decided to turn off cms and try some things, but no luck. Now instead of being able to boot into bios without my ssd in, I can't boot into it at all. I am currently waiting for my cmos battery reset. that way I can reset my bios so I can enter the bios once again. Any help would be appreciated.
