Is this your main system?

It's a backup for a Win 98 PC that I  use everyday that supports some legacy photographic equipment that will not run in a VM. So I need to have  working Win98/NT4 hardware ready to run. It's fun to tinker with as well.

What hardware do you have in it?
I have a similar build, but it's out of commission right now due to a dead hard drive and graphics card.

Specs:
Pentium III 500 Slot 1

Asus P3V 4X

2x1GB SDR PC133 RAM

Deer Computer 250w

NEC CDR-500 SCSI optical drive

SCSI card

I have some parts coming, though:
80GB HDD
15GB HDD

ATI Radeon 9250

I'm going to put Windows 2000 on it because otherwise I can't use my 1GB sticks.

As it is, I can only use 2 of my 4.

PLEASE STOP [Killing] ME I WILL GIVE Y OU ANOTHER DEAL.

The main Win98 PC is:

ASUS P4P-EX

Intel P4 3.0GHz

1GB PQI DDR 400 RAM

84GB IDE SSD with adapter (I'm so over spinning hard drives)

NEC CD ROM

Internal NEC Zip drive

Adaptec 2906 SCSI card for legacy photographic equipment

Radeon 9200 SE

Additional parallel card for second legacy printer

Apart from the specialised legacy photographic software I require, this machine runs Office 2000, Photoshop 7.0 and other productivity/workstation apps very reliably. I even allow it on my local network where it has some limited sharing abilities.

It is disturbingly satisfying when you get all the chipset drivers for old motherboards to install instead of the basic default Windows drivers.

When the ISA and PCI slots are all loaded up with cards and the Device manager doesn't show any yellow flags, that means you can finally get some sleep.
