BSOD Kernel power 41

what could be causing this? I'm not sure there are any logs that could be helpful.

 

Note this only started to happen once I changed my PSU (500w to 650w) even tried a second PSU, problem persists and updated to windows 20H2, so it's difficult to say which is the culprit. Since it's happening with two different PSUs (Bequiet straight power, Corsair RM650i) though...

Just wondering if I'm missing something here? 

 

(also note, I didn't have a single BSOD / crash for months prior changing PSUs / updating windows (from 1809), even with the 3070/500w PSU combo)
