My case has 4 front facing USB ports and there's 2 USB 3.0 cables but my mobo only has one usb 3.0 header. Is there any work around to get all 4 ports working?

You can get PCIe cards that provide an additional USB 3.0 header.

This is the solution if it's important to you that all four ports actually run at USB 3.0 speed.

If not, you can get adapters like this and connect the other pair of ports to a USB2 motherboard header: https://www.amazon.com/Duttek-2-pack-Motherboard-Adapter-Converter/dp/B072ZV1566/

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.
