After I built my PC I went into the windows download screen and started to try and download windows, I had a problem trying to download it because it "wasn't creating a new partition" that isn't the main problem, I just got a new problem recently where my PC wont go into the windows installer anymore after I boot it up with the USB in it.

What I've done to troubleshoot already:

-Unplugged USB and plugged it back in and then booted up again

-tried to change boot order(doesn't appear in boot order anymore)

-Done some searching on google and found nothing close to what my problem is

Something is wrong with the windows USB. Try a new installation.

Do you have another PC or access to another PC? Have you tried USB with another machine to see if its the issue? Because this sounds like USB has become corrupted or something like that. I also don't understand what you mean with your initial problem or how its related here.
