Hello, looking for an AIO To Do List app -
  • Can write as many tasks to do
  • Notifications
  • Calendar
  • Offline mode (so it doesn't force user to sign in and sync on their servers)
  • For desktop windows.

Any recommendation? Notion seems to got all but not privacy friendly and does not work offline so..

I would have said aCalendar Pro until you said for Windows desktop. Have you seen if stock Windows functions work? Like for notifications obviously only desktop notifications unless you use MS email as account.

I have these function on Thunderbird, but since I use Google Calendar/Tasks, I prefer to use that and Thunderbird doesn't really work with syncing.

Yeah, its the Ligthning (ex-Sunbird) extension which has been integrated to it. I don't use it myself because syncing with Google doesn't work.

What do you mean by triggers? (added event and task with reminders to test things)

Suppose U add an event on 7th Feb in the calendar, will it show notifications and remind before time?

Also suppose u add a to do with time, will it remind before the time? Like TickTick or wunderlist does?

Those are both just reminders. So desktop notifications don't seem to work. But that could be just because of my install and settings. I have used this for a long time and have kinda disabled all notifications.

Currently it flashes icon and plays sound with popup telling what is coming up. The popup doesn't come in front either, again could be just because I've disabled all of those things in past.
