Why? Why would you want to use 2 interfaces at the same time? if you don't have them yet just buy one interface (though I would recommend checking the UMC202HD) but if you do have one already just use it. 

It sounds as though you may be a little confused on what components are required to use an XLR mic, take a look at the guide in my signature, should help out a bit.
