Do you mean 70 or 70 more?  Average FPS seems to vary from 40 to 90 (depending on system ob).

Lol people answering with a yes/no question to a question thats not even a yes or no question.

Your cpu bottlenecks when the gpu load is below 99%
A GPU bottlenecks or should always be at 99% -> happy with frames move on - not happy upgrade gpu.

There are a bunch of games a 6300 cant even make a gtx 760 running at 50%.
