Bookmark Manager/Organiser Desktop app?

Does any one know of windows desktop app that I can use to manage my bookmarks? 

 

I want something that I can merge bookmarks from Chrome and Firefox and that can sort them and remove any duplicates. 

 

I have an app that i can use to sync the sorted bookmarks after the fact but i need to sort them out before hand.
