GPU or PSU problem or IDK

Hi guys

 

I'm using XFX RX580 8gb, Motherboard Gigabyte B450M ds3h.

 

I got in another problem while I game on my PC suddenly GPU fans spins at 100% display got out.

 

Shutting down by long pressing the power button, And restart don't solve it until GPU connector (power connector 8-pin) reattached after plugging out.
