HDD I/O Error

Hey,

Whenever I start up my PC all my drives show up. My 12 TB drive for some reason gets an I/O device error. When I take my back panel off and unplug power from the drive and plug it back in it works fine after it becomes detected again. Its super weird and I have no idea what could be causing it. Any help would be much appreciated.
