Just considering the price : Hyper X - Alloy Core RGB Wired Gaming Membrane Keyboard is a good one

but I'm not sure if you are specifically looking for membrane or mechanical KB or if hyperX available there. ( i roughly assumed PKR 10000 as 60USD)
