Hello,

About 2 years ago I purchased a corsair keyboard. Starting about a year ago whenever I use it (never happened before with old keyboard) it randomly freezes after a while and then continues to do so until I let my computer rest for a while. All the RGB will freeze at whatever color it is showing and the last key typed will continue to be inputted. To fix it I have to unplug and replug it back in. Internet seemed to think it had to do with to little power being supplied to it and suggested a powered USB hub. I purchased one and it definitely helped but just made it take longer for it to freeze. Recently I can barely use it for an hour before it starts freezing and once it starts, it freezes every minute or so. It seems to get to point of freezing faster when gaming or using Cad applications but it will start freezing no matter what eventually. Does anyone know any ways to fix this? My computers fairly old and the cooling isn't great so could it be a heat issue? Don't have any other issues with USB devices other than the computer. Mics, ps4 controller, mouse... all work no issue so its isolated to the keyboard. It also displays an error message on iCUE when it stops working as attached
