Does onboard graphics mean integrated gpu?

I am building my first pc and like most people, can't get a graphics card for a reasonable price. I've had all my other parts sitting at my house for almost 2 weeks and today I noticed something. My motherboard says it comes with "onboard graphics". And I'm wondering if that means that the motherboard comes with an integrated gpu. This is my motheboard. Can anyone help?

What cpu do you have?

 

Your motherboard lets you use the igpu on your cpu, but only the g series apus will give you a video output.

Yea then you won't have any graphics out on that board. You will need a gpu.

Your motherboard will support integrated graphics. but your CPU does not have them. You WILL NEED a graphics card.
