Mining on old laptops?

I've got a couple of old laptops lying around and I'm wondering if it would be plausible to mine bitcoin on them. There all old and were low end to begin with (except one from 2011 which might have been good then but nowadays..) With a 2011 HP being the oldest and a 2018 Lenovo being the newest. Would it be at all worth it to mine on them or will the energy cost outweigh anything I get from mining?

efficiency is an extremely important factor for crypto currency mining. If you're spending more on electricity than you're making it's not worth it. Old laptops will definitely not be worth it.

It'd probably be a better use of electricity to stick several packs of hotdogs into a toaster, weenie by weenie. Hell, if you recorded it and uploaded it to social media, you might make more money off that.
