Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Streaming and Content Creation

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Completely new PC. 1440p 60fps with high settings.

Here is my "Final PC Build" Any real tips? I'm looking to use it for gaming, streaming and content creation.

if it's not much of a difference, go for the 4TB HDD since you'll definitely need a lot of storage space for your media library if you want to do content... storing high quality images, clips, video reference would definitely immediately consume your storage...

I used PC partpicker Australia, but put the budget as 2800 AUD, so it should fit the budget
