Sennheiser game one

Are they good for gaming (mostly lol,wow,sc2) and I would use them on my xbox one via xbox headset adapter(is it possible). Overall are they good and how is the mic and is the sound quiality compared to hd 500 series from Sennheiser

I would just get a PC360, they are quite nice.

I have a pair of the pc363's they arent a bad headset at all havent personaly used the hd500's so couldn't comment on a compairison

i would just get either the HD518's or the HD558's and the zalman mic1 that would work much better

It's basically the same as the PC360 which is almost half the price. Go for that instead. And the drivers are the same compared to the HD500 series.
