Hey guys, so my parts are in the signature below. However the Asus splash screen lasts 45-50 minutes So I sort of have to turn on my PC an hour before I intend to use it. What can I do to make it faster?

Main Rig: Intel i7 3930k @4.0GHz---8GB Ballistix @1600MHz---Asus P9X79 Pro---Samsung 840 Pro 128GB---3TB HDD Config---2x GTX 780Ti 3GB---Windows 7 Ultimate

Laptop: Late 2012 13" Retina MacBook Pro---2.5GHz Dual i5---8GB DDR3 @1600MHz---128GB PCI-E SSD---Intel HD4000 1GB---OSX 10.10 Yosemite

Phone: Nexus 4

That's definitely NOT supposed to happen with an 840 Pro lol. Should be 10 seconds at the max.... Check in your BIOS for your Boot Settings. Make sure the 840 pro is selected as main boot. Then also make sure the splash screen is disabled. If that doesnt work... then there is something internally that is wrong with your boot drive.

you can disable the splash screen in the bios
