So i just finished my first build and its been working good with 1 exception. Sometimes when i try to boot games, my pc randomly restarts. My first assumption was that it was caused by overheating, but when i checked with HW monitor i saw that my CPU and GPU temps were around 60 degrees. I dont know much about troubleshooting or how much power every component should have, but I've tried a complete reset of my computer and the problems still remains. What baffles me is that a game like Star Wars Battlefront 2 works perfectly fine with ultra graphics no problems, but when i for example get into loading screen in League or launch For Honor my pc just restarts. I dont know if there's any other component or alike causing the restarts but its really frustrating :( How do you troubleshoot your PSU ? Here's my specs if it helps:

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x

GPU: Asus Geforce rtx 3070 dual

Motherboard: Asus rog strix b550 f gaming

RAM: HyperX Fury rgb ddr4 3600mhz  2x8 gb

Case: NZXT h510

CPU cooler: Cooler master 212 black edition

PSU: Cooler master 650w gold fully modular

Hello sorry for late respond, my ram is set to their default speed, had them at 3600mhz first but changed it thinking that might have been the cause. My bios is updated (i think?) there's no update availible in the options in armoury crate.

I dont know exactly which cooler master but here's the link:

From what I know, ASUS Armory Crate doesn't update motherboard BIOS firmware, it just looks for and updates motherboard drivers (e.g. Wi-Fi drivers, USB drivers, etc).

You need to actually check yourself for BIOS updates.

Latest BIOS update is a BETA version 1801, dated Jan-14-2021.

Latest non-BETA BIOS is version 1202, dated Oct-29-2020.

As for the PSU, the CoolerMaster MWE Gold is a decent PSU.

It *should* be okay.
