Cant download community shared profiles in Logitech G software?

The title explains the problem, I cant download community shared profiles in Logitech G software.

I Just received Logitech G Pro X wireless headset, but it says 'download failed' when I try to download from the community. Is there anyone having the same issues, or know how to fix this? Thanks! 馃檪
