The best mouse for MMO's is the one that has both comfort and function.  Some mice only have one or the other, or focus on more than one than the other.

I prefer the g600 for its balance of the two.  You will have to find one that suits you.

Personally don't see much point to playing an MMO with tons of hotkeys, so I use a Steelseries Rival. The 2 side buttons are more than plenty for a game like Guild Wars 2 (heal and dodge being the only important abilities that I've bound to the mouse).

A mouse is a personal prefrence i belive.. not every one likes razer mice, neither does everyone like logitech or any other vendor..

it depends on the size of your hand, grip, playstyle, demand for function keys...

my favorit mouse is my microsoft sidewinder x8, simply because it has outlasted my other mice 5x in lifetime.

but that mouse is not a mmo mouse, so, what im going to say is, it is all how you like it, it is extreamly important to get the right size.

that's about all i can tell you.

2 side ones are good enough but nowhere near plenty. heck when i played wow i even used scroll wheel up/down and wheel click , ''wait there is more'' + same buttons with shift key as modifier for all 3 again for more binds + alt modifier again !!

so yes i see a lot of point for a naga for instance,if you play mmo's.

Bolded for emphasis. MMOs are moving away from the Hotbar fiasco that is WoW.
