Realtek audio driver doesn't install

i was trying to fix my microphone hissing noise and a tutorial said i can try to reinstall the realtek audio driver but when i do the installshield says it will remove the previous driver and then restart my computer but after the restart it still says that it needs to remove the previous driver and my computer needs to restart again its been like this for 5 times now back to back please help me

Do you have any other audio enhancement drivers on your system? A full spec sheet of your build may help us determine what you have. Can you try uninstalling through Safe Mode?? Have you tried to uninstall by going through the Device Manager?? Try going through Safe Mode and uninstall the driver there. If not, try to perform a clean boot of Windows and uninstall. 

 

These are just options I can think of trying to perform from the top of my head.
