I am a new pc builder and am not too sure of myself so could you guys please help me. Here is the list of my parts. Just don't take the price into consideration. In my country that is a bit expensive build but I want a pc that can last for some years.

Games to be played would be Csgo, fortnite, gta 5 and maybe pubg. Is the 500gb enough for that with windows installed? Also is the psu enough for the cpu and gpu both overclocked?

So this is dependent on if you are okay with buying used parts. if you don't want to buy a used GTX 1070, then wait, as no GPU is in stock right now.

A little dated, but is decent. The psu has much more capacity than needed. A 550W unit would be more than enough. Corsair CXM (gray label) and Cooler Master MasterWatt are decent 80+ Bronze models.

Intel cpu are fine with slower memory. DDR4-3200 CL16 or even DDR4-3000 CL16 would be fine. Check pricing and choose the least expensive.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

For the ram that is the cheapest dual kit I can found. I actually recheck the speed and sorry it was 3200 instead of 3600. And is the 550w psu enough for overclocking both the cpu and gpu. I heard that when oc the component use more power (watts).

PCPartPicker. com estimated power requirements to be less than 300W. So there is more than enough excess capacity for overclocking.
