Black Screening

Hi there, I greatly need help from someone that is advanced with computers. I'm having a black screening issue. when I play any decently demanding video game, I get a black screen which freezes up any tabs that may be open in the background. the game stays fine. but the screen goes black for abut 1-2 seconds and then comes back on. the audio from the separate tabs that did freeze up is still there. and so far I have replaced my GPU, RAM, SSD, and Power Supply, I have fully re installed windows multiple times, and I am in need of a solution to this. the only components I havent replaced yet are my Motherboard and my CPU but if there is anyone reading this that knows what is going on or has a suggestion, I would be greatly appreciative of it.

maybe a cpu or MOBO issue (Their the only things you havent replaced!)
