-_- I'm skeptical.  If real I would guess some LN2 nonsense.  But nobody that serious uses Windows Experience Index to show off their CPU clock.

ALSO that is weird that this system was stable until windows booted up with less than 1gb ram lol

My bro has a Q6600 overclocked to 3.2GHz but still shows 2.4GHz on that page.
