AIO problem with motherboard

I built a brand new system today but there is one thing i just don`t understand.
Motherboard is Gigabyte AORUS B450 Elite  and AIO is an Arctic freezer II 240. ( CPU is Ryzen 5 3600)
In bios there are only CPU fan option, i cant change it to pump mode.
All the AIO fans and stuff work and idle temps are around 40, but when under load they jump up to 80+ which i think is litte too high for AIO cooler.

(i tested with Aida64 and that massive jump took few seconds)

Any kind of help or advice is most welcome!
