Black screen and restart

I got new ram and now my game crashes or my screen blacks out and then my pc restarts 

but I ran memtest86 and Microsoft ram test program and passed. the ram is also brand new 

cinebench and superposition benchmarks everything passed

 

R7 3800x

Asrock B550 taichi

2080 fe

Gskill trident z royal 3600 mhz 8gb x4 it is also cas17 (original ram was 3200 8gb x4)

850w psu (upgraded from 750w psu, originally thought it was faulty)
