GPU problem

SO, I just got my 1660ti about 2 weeks ago, everything was going fine until the next day i loaded into a game and i was getting HUGE  frame drops and low fps, and it is only that certain game(fortnite) on games like RL, rogue company, apex etc i get 144+  on ultra settings, somone please help.
