Build Recomendations

Budget $4,000 USD:

Country: US

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Photo Editing, Rendering, CAD

Other details

Hi. I'm looking for a parts list or direction on building a pc for photo editing, Rendering and CAD. I tend to use my computers for a long time. My current one is over 11 years old and still going but i have to face up to replacing it. I figure I can budget $4,000 or there about. My current PC uses a SSD for the operating system and  two 1TB HDD in RAID 1 config. I would like a setup that had RAID 1 for the operating system as well as the data drives. Any help would be great.

Because gpu pricing at the moment is nuts. Mostly due to a severe shortage.
