GPU Usage 100% when idle

Try DDU and reinstalling some older drivers.

Hello. I have a fairly low-mid end laptop with AMD Ryzen 3500u Vega 8 APU, Although in Task Manager the GPU usage shows around 0%-15%~, on Radeon software, GPU utilization shows that it jumps up to 100% every 2 seconds or so. Recently I've noticed massive amounts of fps drops and lags in many of my games too. From very demanding games to games like Brawlhalla, almost every game stutters and freezes. Is there any way to fix this? I've tried updating my drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling them, I've tried searching for malware and any type of mining on my computer, and it seems that it isn't apparent. I do not have a heating problem. It's just baffling that even when nothing is happening, the usage is at 100%. Much appreciated for any tip.

I will recommend an NHu12s (or an NHd15 (maybe)) for your PC build. Quote or @ me @Prodigy_Smit for me to see your replies.

Reinstalling a driver from 25th of May, 2020 helped, guess I'll stick to this driver for the time being. Thanks again.
