Monitor Goes Black When I alt-tab

Whenever I alt-tab from a game or click out of a game my main monitor goes black and then comes back to the game and then when I go back into the game it goes black then once again I can see the game. When I close the game my screen makes everything on my desktop red for some too. This started happening after I installed and played battlefront 2 but I uninstalled it and it is still happening.  Here's a video of it happening, I couldn't record the screen using a recording software because it wouldn't capture it  https://youtu.be/HVAQF-mKg6Y

I dont see a issue here. Your game options differ from your desktop options (resolution, refresh rate etc).

My game options and destop options are all the same and the issue is that the screen goes black and I have never seen it do that before.

Exclusive fullscreen, I believe having HDR/g-sync/freesync enabled also does that.
