Just Cause 3 isn't saving

Hi. I installed fitgirl's repack of Just Cause 3 and then changed SavePath=%DEFAULT_CPY_DIR% to C:\JC_Saves\ in the CPY.ini file (as instructed by the website).

 The game still isn't saving but it made folder of my player id and player name in c:\ jc_saves folder.

 

I really hope that someone can help.

(I bought the game on steam before I got the repack. I wanted the repack was so that I could download it quicker)
