Installed new cpu and now DRAM error

Just replaced my 3600x to a 5800x.

My motherboard is a x570 tuf gaming plus.


I then get an orange light on my motherboard and it won't boot and the light is under DRAM.
 

1. I reset cmos by the jumpers. No luck.
2. I then reseated both my ram sticks. No luck.

Any ideas?

Install the 3600X and be sure it posts. Then update the bios. After the bios, during the cpu swap, clear the cmos before posting.
