Bodycam that can stream to Windows

Hey all,

I'm looking for a bodycam (such as the ones made by Transcend), so a camera that's wearable, stabilized, and possibly waterproof, that is able to stream to a browser via IP o some other way.

Transcend makes great products but the one thing their cameras don't do is stream to Windows. They can stream to android and iOS apps, they can store videos in SD cards, they can even upload to Youtube or such... is there anyway to have them just stream to Windows device, perhaps via IP, such as a regular webcam or spycam?

 

Otherwise, since I realize this is not this forum's expertise, can you point me towards more specialized forums/reddits where I can ask this question?
