coil whine

hello, 

 

i just bought a new graphics card and am experiencing coil whine right now. I am certain the sound is coming from the PSU. i don't know if this has any effect on my pc and if it can be solved. 

 

specs: 

i9 9900k 

rtx 3070 asus TUF gaming oc 

16gb ddr4 3600 MHz

coolermaster 750 watt 80 plus bronze 

msi z390-a pro
