Crucial MOD software not working

So I just finished my new PC, and it has Crucial Ballistix RGB Ram in it. I didn't like the lighting that it had, so I downloaded Crucial's MOD software so I could change it. However, I literally can't open it. Everything else on my PC works fine but I literally can't open Crucial MOD and it doesn't show up in task manager.
