New Computer Stuck on BIOS Splash Screen

ExESGO

Hello,

It is as title says. Computer does boot to the BIOS screen where you see your motherboard brand logo, and that's it. Press DEL, F2, nothing.

System is a Ryzen 5 5600X, ASUS TUF Gaming X570 (BIOS is 2407, which I only learned slightly before making this post is outdated already) and 16 GB DDR4 RAM from Corsair, but I'm still using a lot of older parts from my previous build as they still work (like PSU, storage). Of note though is I didn't wipe my drives clean (yet) or do a clean reinstall of Windows (yet). Also the orange DRAM light is just lit up (but it could be the system just hanging or something).

I just need help in identifying the problem because a friend on mine said that even with an BIOS not supporting, I should be still able to get into the BIOS itself.
I've already dried resetting my CMOS as some posts on reddit suggest and that didn't work.

Is it stuck just because it's an older BIOS?
