I've worked for the past few hours browsing through plenty of sites and reviews to find some specs, and this is what I got so far:

Case: Antec P280

PSU: Antec High Current Gamer 620W - I think the one I saw was a semi modular one, so I'm not sure entirely abound the exact PSU's name.

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z87-HD3

CPU: Core i5 4670K

GPU: EVGA GTX760 2GB - I think core clock speed is 1.07Ghz, I don't think I have the budget to get a better one.

Memory: G. Skill 2x4GB 1600Mhz Sniper edition

Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB (as an extension to my current 1/2TB HDD which I'm going to add)

Feel free to mention any changes you think I should do, other parts that could be better, that would probably help me out as well.

As far as I've checked all the parts are compatible, but then there's the last problem, I'm thinking of spending around 50$ on CPU Cooling, and as far as I saw ones like Scythe's Big Shuriken 2 rev.b and Arctic Cooling Freezer i30 aren't compatible, but I'm not sure. On overall I'd like to work around 900 to 1100$ but I'm thinking of spending a little less in order to get myself a new keyboard soon after I buy the PC.
Thanks!

Thanks :)

Any idea for a CPU Fan?

Depends on how much overclocking you want to do. On a budget, the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Evo can't be beat.

Also, the P280 is a pretty huge case, do you need something so large?

I don't need that big a case, I just saw it and thought it looked kinda good. Favored the Fractal Define R4 Black pearl and that was out of stock at the local store where I planned picking the PC up from, so I went for the P280 for now, which case should I switch it for? I'm looking for a similar design: clean, quiet, possibly black colored, a door would be great, 4 usb front inputs (it's just a preference since I can get an external usb hub).

Also, I'm not planning much overclocking and I don't really want to get everything to the maximum capability, just some minor tweaks.

For slight overclocking, the Hyper 212 Evo would be great, and it's usually under $40 USD, which makes it even better.

EDIT: Didn't realize they were out of stock on the case I'm suggesting. Cases with front doors are less common.

As for a case, I feel the

Fractal Design R4 would suit your needs perfectly. It's got two top-mounted USB 3.0 ports and two USB 2.0. Also has a front door, with a removable dust filter in the front, and under the PSU. It's also about 60 mm shorter, and shallower than the P280. Available in three colors, with and without a window.

That's exactly the case I was thinking of buying, but it was out of stock, so I didn't order it yet. Also, I don't think the 6 cm height difference and 4 cm depth difference are going to be that bad, plus the Antec is cheaper. I guess I'll give it another thought

What kind of dollars are you using?

I'm not using dollars, I live in Israel, thus I use NIS.

I could give a link for the site that I'm using, but I'm browsing 3 stores around my location, and 2 of them don't have English translation to their site. Also the site that does have English translations data servers just seem to have crashed and it's malfunctioning right now. On any case if you're awesome and want to help me even more it's en.ksp.co.il .

Thanks! :D

I would like to make a few recommendations that I think will help you in terms on longevity.

Firstly, get the least expensive case that you will be happy with.  $40-60 should be able to get you something nice and functional.  The case can be reused over and over for future builds, so this is really an investment, if you want to spend more, feel free, but the case doesn't directly affect performance, the money you save on a case can be re-purposed to actually help you perform better.

Second, I would recommend a better motherboard, I actually purchased that same MOBO you have listed and ended up returning it because it is not SLI capable.  I figure in the future, I will probably do SLI and wanted that capability.

Third, get whatever the least expensive 1600Mhz RAM you can find.  Real-world performance between RAM types is unnoticeable.

Fourth, Get the best possible GPU you can afford.  Also, if you are looking at the 760, step up to the 770.  For an additional $50 you will notice a lot of added performance and longevity with your purchase.

"I genuinely dislike the promulgation of false information, especially to people who are asking for help selecting new parts."

Somewhat around 5000-5300

How's this look?

Move the rear fan to the front for intake and use the Arctic F12 PWM CO for rear exhaust.

Looks mostly good, but isn't the Z87 a 1600Mhz DDR3 memory capable only? Also for SSD I'd rather go with Samsung because I know they are more reliable.

Also, I don't think 420W is going to be enough, plus I'd like to go for a modular or semi modular PSU, just for the sake of easier cable management.

Ram isn't inherently any speed. 1600 ram is just ram that's tested to run stable up to 1600 mhz. You can lower the ram speed if you want but the motherboard supports up to 3ghz memory..

The psu is 450w, not 420 and it's plenty.

If you want modularity, it will cost a bit more: http://en.ksp.co.il/?uin=9816

Thanks for the video, that was very informational! So for the RAM the 1866Mhz is supported and will run the same (well probably better) than the 1600Mhz? Or is it just going to be the same as the 1600Mhz?

It will run better but the difference is pretty much unnoticeable.

Also, how big is the performance difference between the R9 280X and the GTX760?

This is what I currently set up, I think that mostly its just the GPU which is the remaining part I'm having doubts about.

Alright, sound great, plus the 770 fits within my budget, although it's the base one. Should I get just the base one: http://en.ksp.co.il/?uin=19233 or save some more money and pick up the superclocked 2GB ACX cooling? http://en.ksp.co.il/?uin=21209

Like the normal 770, they have different versions of it like the superclocked, dual acx and so on.

EDIT: Oh I didn't notice the first one is a Gigabyte one and the other is EVGA's.

Okay then..

Get whichever is cheapest. There isn't that much of a difference between the aftermarket coolers and you should be oc'ing it manually anyway.
