I recently just build my first pc  using a gt 3080 Strixs, asus x570-e, 2 16 gigs of ram by g skill, and a amd ryzen 3900xt, I can't get into bios please help

First thing you should try is to reset the CMOS.

Another option, turn the system off, pull 1 stick of RAM, and power back on. Some mobos will tell you the amount of system memory has changed, and pause so you can get into the BIOS.
