Weird Post Screen

I recently rebuilt my pc and managed to get my hands on a Ryzen 7 5800x. The PC posts and boots fine, but every time I boot it up I see this screen (see video) before my Motherboard shows it's boot screen and Windows starts.

I'm running a Ryzen 7 5800x on an MSI X570 Gaming Edge WIFI, My GPU is a Radeon RX 580 (still trying to get a 3080) and I have about 40GB of RAM.

Doesn't seem like much of a problem, just hardware running resolution check or something like that. You had me at about 40GB of RAM

Looks like a corrupted video driver

yea, had 4 4GB sticks that dad got for my last pc and reused some when I got 32
