Computer randomly stopped working

Lvx

So I was building my first computer and I was re-routing some of the wires and then (i think) one of the front panel connectors got bumped or something and now nothing is working, I have power to the graphics card but not motherboard. Would I need a new motherboard or what else could I do, I've tried unplugging and re-connecting all the wires and things. Do you think it's the motherboard or something else?

How do you know there's power to the GPU but not the motherboard? If the motherboard is cooked, then the GPU shouldn't fire up when you hit the power switch or short the two power button front panel pins. I would unplug everything and start with only the essentials: motherboard, CPU, and RAM (include GPU if your board and CPU does not have integrated/onboard graphics).

There is a little light o the GPU that is on but the 'RGB' on the GPU isnt on and the motherboard doesnt have any power. The light on the board only flashes quickly and then stops.

Okay so the board isn't completely cooked to the point it's as dead as a doornail. Have you tried bypassing the power switch and just shorting the two pins?

what connector got 'bumped'? pics? of that connector and every other cabling as well.

I don't think you damaged your mobo, more like disconnected something.
