No POST, only some fan works

Hi all,

 

My PC wont POST after some cable management.

 

System configuration:

  • CPU: Intel I5-6500

  • Motherboard: AsRock Fatal1ty H170 Performance/D3

  • RAM: Kingston 16Gb (2x8Gb) 2400 DDR4

  • GPU: Gigabyte GTX970

  • PSU: Corsair CS550M

Troubleshooting steps tried from LINUSTECHTIPS pinned post:

  • Checking my fans, using a friends PC, and monitor using an old laptop

  • Clearing CMOS (removing battery and using jumper),

  • Removing graphics card and using motherboard HDMI port,

  • Rebuilding PC from scratch to check connections,

  • Booting with each Ram stick individually

  • Turning it Off and ON

Any help would be much appreciated.
