Bad M.2?

Been having some issues with booting recently

 

Bios cant find windows on my Adata Spectrix s40g 1tb more often now, takes a couple restarts to get into to windows

 

Windows says no issues with drive but Crystal Disk Mark is showing different numbers everytime

 

Drive is only about 1 - 2 years old now

 

Is my M.2 dying?
