Country: US

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: COD, Warzone, Cyberpunk, latest titles 

Other details build for a friend hes starting from scratch but peripherals will be not be on this budget he kinda wants something fancy and i think for that much it can be done. So any suggestions would be welcomed thank you in advanced

Something like this should look quite nice and perform well with good thermals and quiet operation. Do note that I did spend about $250 one somewhat unnecessary things, like a beefy air cooler, upgraded motherboard, modular psu, and cable extensions.

 

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.
