Also I don't have a another laptop that's working but I have a 8 gb USB

well you need another computer to download and install it to your usbdisk.

But as @SupaKomputa said, you'll need another system to download a Win10 ISO to USB stick, unless you have one already handy

HECK YEA GAMERS I got a windows 64bit install through my phone and I got the recovery menu open
