That’s the whole joke. It’s based off the fact that “yo mama so fat [insert ludicrous illustration of her weight here]” jokes have been distilled down to just the phrase “yo mama”. “Joe mama” sounds very similar to “yo mama” so it’s just another way to absolutely own a meme noob.
