Cant start my pc. Help!

Yesterday everything was fine. Now i cant start my pc. Im stuck at this screen and when i Save & Exit, my pc Just restarts and this screen comes again. Anyone knows why is that?

What kind of drive is your OS installed on? Can you check if it got unplugged somehow?

Please give some more information or maybe post a picture of the inside of your PC if you don't know anything about PCs.
