I have a spare case mono, cpu, gpu, and monitor should i build a second rig and either give it to my uncle or my friend or should I just keep the parts if something goes wrong with my current build? I would need to get a case, and psu.

If you don't mind telling me your opinion do you think I should give it to my Uncle who is mentally ill he has schizophrenia or my good friend who wants to start PC gaming( he currently has an old Dell laptop from around 2006) (He can't afford to buy all the parts without saving up for maybe 6 months)

I think maybe your friend if they game they will get more use out of it, and build your uncle a new pc.
