Strange issue with browser and WoW

Looks like it is trying to render the preview screen instead of the hover and getting confused. 

Does this happen with other games too? 

What graphics card? 

Maybe try ddu the graphics card driver then install the latest on the manufacturers web site.

This is with a fresh Windows 10 install, might be a combo of 20H2 and Nvidia issues, perhaps IGPU drivers as well. Lotsa problems from Microsoft and Nvidia lately. I'm using an RTX 3070.
