Dead pump?

hi yesterday, I built my first pc

 

i7 8700

1060 6g

aorus z390 pro wifi

rm750x corsair

32g of ram ddr4 trident 3200mhz

lian li lancool ii mesh

arctic liquid freezer 240mm

 

when i started up my pc the processor temp went up 90 degrees celcius

as if my watercooling was not working yet the fans on the radiator was spinning and the fans on the pump also and my pc

was detecting the watercooling I do not understand why yet I have followed all the steps in the manual and I have put thermal paste.

My bios is up to date and my drivers are all installed pls help me.
